How soon can I expect the Return of Investment (ROI)?

We encourage prospective Franchisees to evaluate their own financial goals as it is dependent on the factors in their individual countries. We can provide a Financial Model based on our local projections. On average, our international franchisees achieve capital payback within 12 to 18 months.

What is the size of the outlet and the number of staff required?

For an average restaurant size of 1,500 sq ft, we suggest 1 Head Chef, 1 Assistant Chef, 3 Junior Chefs/Cooks, 2 Kitchen Helpers, 1 Restaurant Manager, 4 Service Crew and 2 Dishwashers. Total of 14 staff. The number of staff per outlet should vary according to sales volume in order to ensure operation efficiency.

What is the process after making payment of Franchise & Consultancy Fee?

After you have made payment for the franchisee and consultation fee, please suggest 3 potential locations for us to decide which is the better locations base on good footfall and site with good signage exposure. We will not impose a timeline for finding suitable location, but of course try to take 6 months to find us locations. After you shortlisted 3 locations, we will visit you within 2 weeks to help to select the best choice.

What is included in the training?

You should visit the Singapore HQ branch and observe the franchise mode of operations. Franchisee Team should make arrangements for their chefs/kitchen staff/managers to come to our kitchen for training; from setting up to cooking process, and the know-how of the business.
